Ali Loo is an international Latin dance artist, instructor, and choreographer based in Hawaiʻi, celebrated for her magnetic stage presence and distinctive blend of styles. Her dance journey began post-college in 2015 on Oʻahu, where she studied Bachata under Kyle Quintal before continuing her training around the world with renowned artists such as Demetrio Rosario, and Nestor & Rebecca Manuelian.
Driven by a deep passion for movement, Ali expanded her studies into Salsa/Mambo in New York City, taking classes with Huracán, Baila Society, Eddie Torres Jr., Scarlett Medrano, and Afro-Cuban dance with Noibis Licea. She later had the honor of training in Chicago and performing with retired principal ballet dancer and Salsa/Bachata Cabaret coach, José Serrano — a mentorship that profoundly shaped her artistry and approach to movement.
In 2025, Ali continued her global development through private training with Kiki & Javier, Tania Cannarsa, Carolina Sosa, and Jennifer Gauge, deepening her expertise across the Latin dance spectrum.
As the Director of Aloha Dance Company, Ali is dedicated to transforming lives through dance — sharing her artistry on stage and in the classroom with equal presence, passion, and purpose. She has been featured at international festivals and has taught workshops across multiple countries, specializing in Bachata, Salsa, Ladies’ Styling, and Movement. She continues to inspire dancers of all levels with her signature blend of technique, musicality, and expressive storytelling through movement.
